Kentucky Lawmaker Drives Restrictive Bill on Impotence Drugs against Abortion Ban

A state representative of Kentucky believes that a law requiring females to have medical consultation at least 24 hours before abortion smacked is epitome of sexism. Mary Lou Marzian, thus proposed a bill in the so called male-dominated House in bringing her point to notice by suggesting few restrictive laws on men’s access to erectile dysfunction (ED) medicines such as Generic Viagra 100mg. Under this legislation by Democrat, Marzian, men will have to navigate from a series of hindrances before they can obtain impotence drugs.
Each person will need two doctor visits, and a signed-dated letter from their spouses providing consent as like a sworn statement where the man places his hand on the Bible certifying use of real Generic Viagra only keep intimate relations with his spouse. Only married people will be eligible for taking anti-ED medicines. In her phone interview, Ms. Marzian opined that she thought if the laws are such going to insert into women’s private health care calls, and then there must be similar laws that invade into men’s most personal health care calls, as well.
The proposal is just a tongue-in-cheek statement. She does not expect the bill to pass. Marzian was not even sure if her plan would even be eligible for a hearing. Her point is to wake up the women all around Kentucky against restrictive abortion laws. The pregnancy termination law, signed by Governor Matt Bevin was passed in Senate, 92–3. Later it was amended to able women for a live video chat with doctors against in-person appointment. Thus, Marzian thinks men must also have to go through certain strict procedures before they get cheap Generic Viagra.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky thinks the policy is an alarming step by lawmakers that may force both patients and doctors to comply with will of lawmakers than personal choice of care or medical expertise. Like earlier how generic Viagra Online pharmacy was clearly accessible without necessary doctor’s appointment or permission from the spouse, if the bill is passed, the men will have to retract back just like how women do when accessing abortion pills or pregnancy ending care from the government or private clinics.
However, it was put-forward by people who oppose abortion that many have fought a long time to see pro-life legislation emerge from this legislature and signed into law. The three female Democrats, which include Ms. Marzian, forwarded the only votes that were against the law. Mary says that the lack of opposition for lack of political will (democrats) holding only 50–46 lead, forms a significant possibility the party can lose control over the House later to November. Ms. Marzian, aged 61, who did stand as a representative from Louisville district from 1995, will contest unopposed.
She sketched the erectile dysfunction bill meaning to highlight the hypocrisy of politicians. Earlier debates on smoking ban was defeated with booster seat requirement passed, her political opponents were against government intrusion in private lives. Her bill of only married men receiving the impotence drugs for politicians’ called focus regarding family values. Mary hopes of locking her message chose a subject that would attain men’s attention. Around 80 percent of House representatives are male and she found it right to put forward the bill, opposing abortion ban.
