Angular is a tool I would agree. It’s a full service solution for building application interfaces. They are not the most customizable, not the most efficient, but damn they are well abstracted and simple to use.

Everyone remembers the first time they watched that demo on 2 way data binding in Angular and their mind was blown? That’s still a really impressive feature— not something to scoff at just because uni-directional data flow is cooler this year.
