The iron ore crushing process goes as follows: vibrating feeder→ jaw crusher →belt conveyor →cone crusher → circular vibrating screen

Big iron ore materials are fed into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crushing process, the materials will be transferred to the hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed iron ores will then transferred to the vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard requirement will be carried away as final products, while the other parts will be fed to the cone crusher again for another crushing. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
