Recently me and my team initiated to formulate a growth formula.
We are a watch-brand and we’ve determined our growth formula sofar as follows:
nr of products x pageviews p/product x nr of transactions x convertion rate x average transaction value x rentention rate = growth
We are just struggling on a very practical front. The number that follows from this formula. How to interpretate this? Is it a ratio, a percentage — can it be indexed? etc.
Do you have any tips on this area?
