Project Description

This project creates a sequence view plugin to visualize sequence and annotations of the page part in SynBioHub. It is a visualization plugin engine for SynBioHub to enhance the functional annotations of DNA sequence which are coordinated with the SBOL Visual standard.

Achieved Goals

1. Integrate SeqViz into SynBioHub as a plugin.
2. Show functional annotation for the sequence coordinated with the SBOL Visual standard.
3. Implement interaction between SBOL glyphs and sequence view to better explore the sequence.
