We all procrastinate for different reasons. Fear of failure or pressure can cause us to put off doing the work, but by doing this you’re wasting so much valuable time. This piece is here to help you get the damn thing done!

1. Stop procrastinating

The first one is super obvious. Everyone can tell you procrastination will stop you from getting work done. But I want to be the one to show you how to actually improve it.

Break down big pieces of work into smaller sized chunks. It makes for a much less overwhelming task and actually takes less time.

Give each task a reason to do it. This will help to give you more motivation to complete them, making it much easier.

2. Revise your to-do lists

The second mistake is that your to-do lists are too big. By doing this, you’re leaving half of the tasks uncompleted by the end of the day. This is setting yourself up to feel frustrated and unmotivated.
