Apparently we have the tendency to think that successful people are those who have the ability to stand in front of others without any consideration.

Be it to get more votes, more sales, or more goals, you show little interest for those who can leave on the way of your ascent to the top. If you have worked with someone with these characteristics, you know how frustrating it can be to always be the person considered when it comes to compensation or promotion in the workplace.
