Challenge: Facing your Fear of Failure

I have learned the basic meaning of failure after attending the session at Amal Academy. Which I cannot understand in my previous life. “Failure doesn’t mean you are a failure, it does mean you haven’t succeeded yet”. I have share my personal example here, after my Intermediate I have apply the provisional Government Scholarships for my bachelor degree but I cannot selected for this scholarship. But I have apply again in next year and luckily I have selected for this program. So it is true that’s failure doesn’t mean you are failed but it means you have a golden chance to achieved your goals in better ways. The flyers challenge activity is very interesting and knowledgeable for me. During this activity I have learned many important points related to social work and public dealing. And I have taught who to motivate the people. I have try to promote the Amal prep fellowship program for the next 5 batches through the Amal flyers. And before distributing the brochure I have prepared the elevator pitch for Amal Academy. We decided a time to distributing the brochure and select a place which we are going to promote the fellowship program. We have selected the hostels and cafeteria of our university. I have distribute the Amal flyer with my pair in University hostels and Cafeteria among the different students whose belong to different departments. During this activity we face many problems regarding to motivate the students about the fellowship program. In first we have meet the one group of students at cafeteria and we have introduce our self .We have share the Amal pitch and introduced the fellowship to this students. We are also share our experiences at Amal Academy. We request to this students to share their names and contact number. Some students are very serious and they tell me I have no time to listen yours story. We are not interested we have already this skills and not required your fellowship “Failure doesn’t mean you have been disgraced, it does mean you were willing to try”. And we fallow the above sentence and able to overcome, we are try again and again to motivate this students in better ways. At the last some students accepted the brochure and also give phone number and email id. Doing this activity we are meet at least 173 students at different place of our university. And we distributed the brochure in group form. Mostly students are appreciated this activity and also give a good feedback. In the last we have received 43 students’ names with their contact numbers and e-mail id who are interested for this fellowship. I think it’s a good achievements for us, because in short time we able to collect the students with their contacts. If we try to meet the people in better ways and professionally I think we cannot failed any time to achieve our goals. In future we are a best social worker and leader .We learned many informational things through this activity. And we have make new friends during this challenge .It’s a memorable day for me and my pair because we have learned lot of things through this activity.
