Vegan for another day and another thing happened!
So I have been embracing the Vegan lifestyle for a few days now and I have been wondering about the effects this will have on my current weight. I have traditionally eaten quite a bit of animal protein because I thought that was the only way to put on lean muscle and stay strong. I work out a few times a day so I really need my muscle and stamina to be there.
