When I was 24, graduated from Grad school, tons of student debt and a recession I took a full time job at low pay and worked at restaurant on the side and then moved to bar tending at clubs until I was 27 and I got a better job. Was day to day. When in grad school I worked 3 jobs 7 days a week day and night. I did whatever I could to survive and get ahead. These millennials think I they can get a job, be on easy street and not pay their dues and just push for higher wages out of the gate. That that is not the reality and the sense of entitlement is astounding! Pay your dues, get your experience under your belt and do what you need to move forward instead of bashing your employer who is paying a wage based on your lack of experience
