What is Swiper and how does it work?

Swiper is a popular JavaScript library for creating touch-friendly and responsive slider/carousel components for websites and web applications. It allows you to display a set of images, cards, or any content in a way that users can swipe or navigate through them on touch devices or use navigation controls on desktop browsers.
