Delicious Oreo Cupcake!!!
Well, cupcakes are the tiny, fascinating and cute version of cakes which are designed to serve a person. Although, many people think that baking is a disaster to your kitchen and oven but who cares, especially when it comes to amazingly cute cupcakes. Today I am going to share a delicious Oreo cupcake recipe with you guys.
So, here are the ingredients that you will need to make these adorable small Oreo cupcakes.
85g self-raising flour
25g Horlicks, Milo or Ovaltine
15g of cocoa powder
1/4 tea sp soda and a pinch of salt
125g granulated/caster sugar
135g softened unsalted butter
Two large eggs
1 and a 1/2 tbsp whole milk
1/4 tea sp vanilla extract (according to your wish)
2 and 1/2 packets of Oreo cookies
At first, sift in all of your dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, self-raising flour, cocoa powder, any malt drink powder like mentioned in ingredients ( Horlicks, Milo Ovaltine, etc.), salt, soda and caster sugar. Pop in your unsalted butter with the dry ingredients but make sure that the butter is softened. Now put your bowl on mixer carefully and add two large eggs and start your mixer on the low speed to avoid the mess and once it’s starting to come together then turn your mixer on a medium speed and mix it for like the 60s or a minute. After 1 min slows down the speed of your mixer, add whole milk and vanilla extract and turn the speed up of your mixer and mix it for like half a mint or 30s. And don’t fear about the cleaning, it’s if you do not have much time for cleaning then call professionals to take care for that.
Now, one secret ingredient to make these tiny little cupcakes charming and delicious is after lining up your tin with the small cupcake paper cases and don’t forget to add a whole piece of Oreo cookie, yes a whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of your each cupcake. Now scoop in your mixture, around 2/3 or 3/4 and bake them at 170 C or 338 F about 22 minutes. You can make vanilla buttercream and jazz up with Oreo cookies for decoration.
