Twitter is losing a loyal user

I have been using twitter since 2009 and have been additct to it either doing sentiment analysis over tweets or be it in daily usage until this week I closed my browser accidently and then tried to login into it again But it asks me to verify identity

Its been 3rd day and I am trying to log into my twitter account but they never send my their so called six-digit code. I have tried to contact twitter support a number of times probably 4 times they never replied, I have read their blogs they have said that it can take upto 15 minuate delay in SMS code but its almost more then days. In a battle to have active user growth Twitter is losing one active and loyal user
