Thanks @jenntackman, yes absolutely love D.school’s website, lots of great stuff and interviews from them. Besides the well known guys like Tom and David do you recommend any blogs to follow? If you know any good people to connect with in Toronto that would be great too, hoping to organize a design hackathon for non-profits very soon.

I also enrolled in the open course NovoEd design thinking course being offered by jointly by IDEO and Acumen. I’ll post something soon about it as well.
