They have different commission plans for their products to which partners can choose and promote them individually. The new buyer you refer to their platform will be assigned to your account and their commission will be paid to you directly by Paypal or Bank transfer.
Right now fiver is providing 4 different commission plans for their services. these 4 services are:

- And co. (30%) of every pro plan.

Personally I think that Fiverr has launched this beautiful program a little late because these services are already very famous and Fiverr has captured a lot of market against UpWork. A lot of people in this market already knew about Fiverr it will not benefit a lot of people. but let's see how this will affect the overall Fiverr platform and its partners.
