Breaking The Gender Biasness
International Women’s day is always going to be relevant to be celebrated because the world still is not gender equal. Until there is a gender equal world, we will proceed to have under representation of more than 50% of the population.
There will be biases against women and there will be females that earn less for the same role. We continue to see activities that women cannot participate in and we will proceed to exclude more than half of the population.

The importance of women in Technology should not be exempted. Women need to be highly celebrated and that is beginning with young girls anywhere in the globe. They need to be celebrated and must be exposed to it.
Older women who have earlier been celebrated need to encourage them. Supporting, encouraging and celebrating women should not only be the words of mouth, but shown by the actions. Regardless of the age from young to old, everyone should be highly celebrated.
Regardless of everything happening around in the world, it is essential that people talk about social issues rather than only focusing on alarming news and informative content.
