Highlight your senses

living for what is worth it.

Sometimes I just want to stop. I want my head and everything else to stop… let go of all that’s around me and just — stop.

Just like the feeling we have when diving into water, opening our eyes and feeling there’s no much but the continuous deep sound that surrounds us completely… lasts just for a moment, just for that moment we can hold our breath and let it in and out, that second before we recognize we need to go back for air and breath.

Or meanwhile an exhausting laugh… That rare and loud one which can only happen if we feel it with all our body, amid that single moment we close our eyes and then open it just to meet someone else’s. Just to meet that place inside ourselves when we’re whole.

Feeling completely the shining sun lighting as we allow ourselves to close our eyes and let the warm flows continuously involving our body.

I want that place of peace we can only find within us, that only lasts a blink of an eye, but feels like eternity, the one that is only ours but still we lose track most of the times.

And fast forward to all the other single moments — the joy of a kiss or from the chilly wind in the face, the satisfaction of a fast heart beat after any form of body motion we’ve got ourselves into, the enthusiasm from listening to our favorite song, the contentment from drinking our cherished tee, our favorite beer or even — just water, the excitement of our beloved flavor, the relief and bite of achievement when there is no “doing” but just allowing all our senses to be at it’s full potential, letting it bring to us what we’re looking for, even before it becomes a conscious will.

Stop is not what I want — I wanna live and feel this life is being lived with all of my senses — because that’s why I’m here for.
