Thanks for your response. Appreciate hearing how other kinds of sales reps feel about this notion of trigger events in general. Your example of office space and someone moving into it is something I have always done as well. If someone is moving into a new office space that likely means they are growing and need more space! :) So that must mean that you might be able to find a likely reason to be able to help that company.
