Boss is Always Right

I have some friends working in the industry. I had a meeting with Atif who is database administrator at ZIC. I had a discussion with him about my future and what he thinks should i posses in order to have a successful career.

He gives me some tips and i discussed all the points regarding Amal course. The first thing he said “Boss is always right”. Don’t mess with him and keep him happy by your work and behavior. He will consider your as an asset to the organization. Deal everyone with happiness and inspire others. Connect from peon to CEO. Respect everyone and their decisions even if you don’t like it. Its called networking and being smart. Everyone then will listen you.

Make your teamlead feel special. try to finish your ASAP. Don’t ask for extensions and finish your job at least one day before the deadline given to you. It gives them a good impression. Manage time wisely. Dine out with your team. Help your team members. Take part in decisions and suggest if you something better.

We work in horizontal hierarchy. Everyone is powerful and responsible for this decisions. You need not to worry about that. Advice by Atif.

Be humble and respectful and appreciate everyone around you. You will be a great leader.
