I agree with you. But I meant scanning the whole profile. In other words, all github commits, resume, stack overflow answers and questions etc. It needs a huge investment on technology side of the problem.

BTW, I admit that all of that cannot replace the need for job seeker interview skills like getting ready for interview, highlight good habits, choose the best time to leave a company and start to seek for a new job etc.
