Have you heard about the pomodoro challenge? Perhaps you haven’t heard about the word “pomodoro”. In fact it the Italian of a tomato, as a tomato seems like a counter so pomodoro challenge is to complete with the counter. Indeed in this challenge you have to take 25 minutes just to focus on your work and remain undisturbed from the outside environment and work without any interruption and any break for a reward. You have to set a reward for you as well e.g. a chocolate bar, half an hour on social media or a nice drink. This reward is just to encourage you to do the work. Imagine you have to do a work e.g. read a chapter of a book, write the findings of your research or prepare an assignment but you have lack of time so why not try this pomodoro challenge.
I was doing my online course, and I used to spend a 5 to 6 hours for this course. I thought of doing this pomodoro challenge, would you hear the results? I was able to complete the course with less than one to two hours than the usual time although I didn’t take the proper 25 minutes time but it is sure that it increase the productivity. So would you like to take a trial?
