A lot of great advice and tips in this list. I almost didn’t click on the headline when I saw the number “37” though. You might consider shortening and condensing the list. Some of the items are repetitive; for example, #2 and #3 could be combined, and #4 and #20 say the same thing. A version of this list with just 10 broad concepts, each with a sub-list of specific ways to apply to your daily routine, would be easier to absorb.
