You are right to identify the content black hole but it’s only a problem if you let it be one.

Cannot agree with you more. There’s a huge shift from traditional KM techniques, (not that in the Microsoft world it was ever applied) to a more engineering, ergo, AI approach for content findability and exploration.

The paradigm shift will impact most, if not all consultants and IA will become a nice to have, not a dire need, just like spellcheck has replaced spelling bee’s.

Not too sure about PowerApps and Flow. Microsoft has too many partners invested in the ecosystem to do that. Its probably the reason InfoPath was deprecated.
