Prototyping the banking revolution: Q&A with Atom Bank’s Head of UX

I tried to get a mortgage through atom bank and both the customer experience and the user experience within the app was awful. We had to move lenders in the end. I like they are trying to be innovative but I’d take a lead out of Monzo’s book. Really simple UI that does the job well with clever and joyus brand touches when and where it’s appropriate.
