Who is this for?
Anyone who wishes to deepen their understanding of psychology and mental health, and is willing to pick up a curated list of books.
How many books are we going to read?
One book per month for 12 months. Yes, it’s a year-long challenge. I would recommend you to read the entire book, but if this isn't possible, I will mention the chapters that are a must-read in my weekly emails to you.
What are we going to read?
Works of major proponents of psychology, classics and contemporary works, fiction, memoir, non-fiction, theory, essays, the list goes on …….
How do we get the books?
Most are available online. Drop an email if you need help to find them. Money should never impede reading.
