Introduction to X’s Work

WorkX is a decentralized work platform. A place where job seekers can match employers by showcasing their verified skills. It is a zero-marginal cost platform for all types of work on any contract that minimizes labor costs and optimizes salaries by cutting commercial costs. Work X will be supported by utility tokens and governed by the DAO. Additionally, users can enrich their profile data with assessment & development courses with WorkPi dApp and store them in their personal SSI wallet; making it a safe and peaceful environment. This is just the beginning; we have big plans for the future.

Who is Job X Aimed at?

Employees: We welcome everyone, including individuals who are actively looking for work as well as those who created their profile for (possible) later use but prefer to keep it hidden. We also accept people who create their profile for (possible) later use but prefer to keep it private.

Job X is open to any company that is hiring new employees. New start-ups and established businesses, corporations and government entities, distributed autonomous organizations (DAOs), and individual hackers, etc.

If you are a freelancer and want to make 10–30 percent more money for the same work, you can create on-chain jobs by leveraging single-use Web3 layers. This will allow you to keep control of your reputation across multiple platforms and also allow you to make more money.

Token Distribution and Fund Allocation

At the Token Generation Event (TGE), the tokens and funds generated will be allocated proportionally to various use cases and operations. In the “Vesting” column of Table 1 you can see the vesting period of each of these token allocations in months. Not only will tokens purchased by initial buyers have vesting periods, in fact buyers have some of the lowest vesting periods while most Work X allocations vest over longer timeframes. For example, the intended DAO will unlock its funds gradually over 5 years without any tokens being unlocked on the TGE.
