Are you ready for remote working?
Matt Goddard

My team is fully remote and things are running great! The key is to set clear expectations on what to deliver and when.

By knowing the exact “what” and “when” of deliverables, I don’t need to micromanage how tasks are performed and when in the day the teammates do the work.

They can work purely on midnights as long as I get exactly what we agreed.

Great observations, btw!
