Yes, though I don’t know how much more catastrophe we could take. I have come to the conclusion that all that matters to me is that I try to go along my way in accordance with the will of God. As for the universe, I pretty much leave that to Her. I like to think about Einstein’s time-space because it somehow suggests to me that everything that anyone has gone through is remembered and appreciated as the essential fabric of reality. Nothing could have been removed without collapsing the whole of reality to nothing. Therefore everyone owes a very great debt of gratitude to all who have suffered. None of us would exist otherwise. That is what I believe. So no crime can really be hidden in the end and no act of kindness is ever lost in some absolute sense. I am not suggesting that it was alright for people to do horrible things to other people. I don’t know why terrible things happen but maybe it could not be avoided for some reason without breaking the fundamental laws of nature. Maybe something to do with free will. If we were all programed robots sin would not be possible but life would seem like a waste of time then.
