Hey Tom Murton, I don’t disagree. The organisation that enables, permits or even promulgates the behaviours of bad bosses are indeed part of the problem in equal measure. At best, these organisations realise their mistake and punt the bad boss putting in place measures to prevent repetition. At worst, they accept the behaviours and permit their continuance. I’ve seen both, and it’s horrifying when blatantly bad behaviour is condoned.
