WHY TEACHERS BREAK AND SOME OF THEM ALMOST GIVING UP ON THEIR PROFESSION

I’ve watched many teachers break over the years. They end up huddled in the corner of the hallway trying to hide their tears or completely losing it on their students to the point of placing their careers in jeopardy.

They sometimes have moments where they ask if this profession was really meant for them,but never really because of their students. They are usually able to find the innocence in children or students no matter how hard the world has made them.

Trying to connect with so many students can be difficult to teachers especially when trying to teach at the same time because the weight of their needs can crush the weak and squeeze any sympathy out .

Teachers break, some of them can even give up on their profession because of so many reasons or situations that my article today won’t be able to tell it all. But mostly it has been confirmed that it might be due to stress, pressure from colleges or even from the administration their needs which may also be beyond their control and even the student’s parents.
