Elite goes tinfoil over Momentum
Paul Mason

As a member of the SDP, I have looked on Labour’s internal fight with interest: the only thing that worries me is that Blairites may seek to join the SDP when they lose the war. They are far too right-wing for our taste, thank you, and are not welcome. We fought for Leave in the referendum campaign, they should remember, and that is a core position in our platform.

When the Blairites break away, what will they call themselves — they can’t use Labour, or Social Democrat, or Liberal, so they may have to use a less traditional title: Golden Dawn, perhaps?
