Help for PTSD Veterans Without the Medical Marijuana High
According to the National Center for PTSD the number of Veterans with PTSD varies by service era:
- Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF): About 11–20 out of every 100 Veterans (or between 11–20%) who served in OIF or OEF have PTSD in a given year.
- Gulf War (Desert Storm): About 12 out of every 100 Gulf War Veterans (or 12%) have PTSD in a given year.
- Vietnam War: About 15 out of every 100 Vietnam Veterans (or 15%) were currently diagnosed with PTSD at the time of the most recent study in the late 1980s, the National Vietnam Veterans Readjustment Study (NVVRS). It is estimated that about 30 out of every 100 (or 30%) of Vietnam Veterans have had PTSD in their lifetime.
Among Veterans who use VA health care, about:
- 23 out of 100 women (or 23%) reported sexual assault when in the military.
- 55 out of 100 women (or 55%) and 38 out of 100 men (or 38%) have experienced sexual harassment when in the military.
Wounded Warrior Homes estimates over 540,000 veterans are diagnosed with PTSD.
The U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee passed an amendment that allows Veterans Affairs doctors to discuss and recommend Medical Marijuana
While this is great news for veterans who suffer from PTSD there are still many downside issues that come with it:
- The VA must follow the State marijuana laws they are located in. Currently 29 states plus DC have medical marijuana options. That still leaves 21 state with no medical marijuana options available.
- Many veterans are firearm owners and like to carry concealed weapons. However, a Federal Court ruled that medical marijuana patients have no Second Amendment Rights. So even if you are able to able to obtain a medical marijuana card, you have to forget about ever carrying a concealed weapon legally. For many veterans the tradeoff is not worth it. The other option is to carry illegally, which I highly discourage. It could lead to serious criminal and monetary penalties including a felony and jail time.
- Your employer can still fire you even though you are legally using medical marijuana. Even if you only use it during your off time, your employer could still fire you for failing a drug test. I know, it’s not fair, but as you know life seldom is.
- If you have a job with a government security clearance you could lose it.
- Finally, do you really want to be stoned all the time? If you’re high all the time it makes it difficult to be employed, drive a vehicle, or a list of many other things. I’m not judging anyone that does get high using medical marijuana to help their condition. I do think marijuana should be legal for medical and recreational use. But even if was, do you really want to be high all the time?
Fortunately there is an alternative to avoid all these problems. Cannabidiol oil also known by it’s short name, CBD oil.
Below is some information about the products and company that I personally use. I’ve tried various products from vaping, to edibles, to creams, but the best thing that’s worked for me is the drops. You take the drops sublingually where you hold them under the tongue so they enter your blood stream.
They start providing relief quickly for me. I’m not making medical claims that it cures anything. However, personally for me it does help with the symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety and mood swings.

I’ve found it’s best to start off slow with only 5 drops twice a day. After a week you can increase it by another 5 drops twice per day to 10 drops twice per day. Keep going up in increments of 5 drops twice per day until you find the level that works best for you. If you have currently been using CBD or marijuana, you may be able to start off with a higher dose of 20 drops twice per day.

There are 2 different strengths. 500 and 750. Start low with the 500. If you have more serious issues you can always go up to the 750 strength. You can’t overdose on this stuff and there is no THC so you won’t get high. But start off small and go slow. It will save you money. The best thing is you still have a clear head, so you’re relaxed but alert as to what’s going on around you. I can go to work taking this and drive taking this.

Here’s a testimonial:

I don’t like being labeled so I don’t often speak about my mental differences.
OCD ADHD BIPOLAR PTSD are things I only learned about a few years ago even though my whole life I knew my mind was different than others. I have smoked marijuana since I have been 13 and that helped me but some days it gets my anxiety spiking.
Doctors prescribed me many different pills and I never found one that just made me feel ok and I hated swallowing them. I either was zombie, tired, couldn’t sleep and they were so strong it even affected my sex drive. I did quit medications two years now but my mood energy and anxiety still had spikes. Been using CBD oil drops from Hemp Worx 1 week now and I feel ALIVE HAPPY and even though lots of stressful family emergencies happened this week I was able to control my mood anxiety, I noticed my skin has improved and I sleep longer then ever before!
Really satisfied!
My goal is to reach out and help as many of the estimated 540,000 veterans who have PTSD as possible
But I can’t do it on my own. I hoped by writing this article with what helped me some of them will read this message of hope and get help.
If you’re a veteran I ask that you try this product and let me know how it worked for you. You can but one bottle at a time or you can get a big discount when you buy 4 at a time.
If you like it, I’m sure you’ll tell other veterans about it too. The company does have a way where you can be paid for referring other veterans.
Some veterans refer enough to to where they can essentially get their own product for free. Some make it their mission in life and go on to earn some extra income. The more veterans you help the more you get paid.
2 Things you can do to help whether you are a veteran or not
- Order your own product and then share this article with as many people as you can and ask them to do the same. We need to make sure all 540,000 veterans see or hear about this. Click the picture below to order.

2. If you want to make enough money to get your product for free by helping others and be able to make even more, then click the picture below.

The bottom line is it doesn’t matter if you live in a state with legal medical marijuana when you can benefit from CBD oil that is legal in all 50 states without a doctors prescription.
