I paid for a year in advance for 4 users and 5 lines. After 7 months, Aircall changed the feature set of their product, making it unusable for my company. I asked for a refund for the remaining 5 months since they changed the core product, and they refused.

#9: Never give loyal customers refunds when you change the product they paid for.
