You have to understand where these bills come from. It’s not from representatives sitting around coming up the idea to save money for consumers. These bills are sprung from corporate board rooms and then run through their legal departments to find the best way to get what they want. Then they hire lobbyists to represent them on the the hill and find possible allies that want money or agree on the policy. This is one such bill.
