No offense intended. The reason for the offensive image is explained in the text. But let me elaborate, as I suspect you’ve missed the point.

The blackface image is included because it is offensive. Exactly as offensive as the preceding transface image, and for exactly the same reasons.

But you didn’t find the first image offensive? You make my point for me. I am precisely on-topic.
