… They do. I did yesterday when I was driving. And guess what? Most people only get pulled over when their speeding is egregious. Given the choice between pulling over someone going 67mph and 84mph in a 65 zone, enforcement almost always goes after the faster car. Given the choice between pulling over a car going 67mph or not pulling anyone over, enforcement usually just waits for a more dangerous situation.
