Thank you Dr. Isabell for your insight into the ‘real’ Donald Trump. The point you are making here is very much an ‘aha moment’ for me too. I believe because he is sincerely lacking personal self-worth, self-love and value at his core, he will stop at nothing to fill that void. It seems to me it’s almost a compulsion; he’s like a freight train without breaks.

While I can’t support his politics, I now have empathy for him. He’s not a monster, he’s just broken. I never believed empathy for this man was possible. Thanks for bringing it to light and for making him human.
