I agree a change in design would be a good thing, barring that, Warren Beatty clearly knew something was wrong, at that point he should have said “I believe we have the wrong card” and asked for some help to fix it, he’s a professional for crissakes. I would also like to know why he was handed the card he was handed, wasn’t that already supposed to be in Emma Stone’s hand? Do they not offer these cards to the winner as a keepsake as well as the award? Does that mean there were TWO cards printed for best actress? Why? It doesn’t matter in the end because no one really cares…LOL
