However, once you taste a Cappuccino from the Giga-5. You’ll never want to drink capsule coffee again. On the downside the bins need to be revamped as a true coffee drinker will exhaust them in a day. Water levels need to be indicated as well to prevent making chocolate milk instead of Mocha. A final bugaboo is the temps. The 110 machine doesn’t have the top end for heat that the Euro version. This isn’t a show stopper as the majority of coffee drinkers surveyed are quite happy with this product as it is.

The other coffees it makes are quite good as well. The Frother is a marvel to watch working and the foam lasts and is thick. All in all it does the job right and gives you a great cup of coffee. This reviewer was pleased with the cleanup and modularity of the Brew system. A few improvements and in the eyes of this coffee aficionado, this could be a 5 Star product in time. Cappuccino is heavenly from this machine and you can say the same for the other brews that it produces. It does have some quirks and you need to break it in before things settle down. Chalk it up to the “Ghost in the Machine.” It needs to get used to you. Something the owners of appliances have noticed of late as their appliances keep getting smarter. Once you and your Miele get to know each other you will be treated to some of the best coffee in the world. The quality beats anything you can buy in a coffee shop and at a fraction of the cost. That’s taking into the price tag of this coffee maker. That’s a Win in anyone’s book.
