It’s a sad reality, but it’s only made possible by the security and prestige a person gets from joining one of these huge corporations. I don’t see anything wrong with working there in the short term — gain some skills, get a good name on your resume, etc. — but when people stick around for a long time, it inadvertently promotes stagnation in the entrepreneurial field.
