However, the 28th of June will be marked as a tremendous progress for the proponents of increasing the number of spheres where blockchain should be used. The auction website gives a following description of the mansion:

The Palazzetto inside the Palazzo Albertoni Spinola is both an architectural Masterpiece and a stunning Mansion boasting magnificent views and amenities built by the geniuses of the Italian Renaissance, architects Giacomo Della Porta (1532–1602) and Girolamo Rainaldi (1570–1655). Located in the center of Rome, which was declared World Heritage site by Unesco, the compound is protected by the Italian Government.

The four-story mansion was built either in the 16th or in the 17th century and consists of three suites — the Garden, the Ambassador and the Executive suits. Altogether they comprise 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, large and stunning terraces, a gym, and even a secret garden with citrus trees, flowers and a beautiful lawn. The most precious treasure of this truly mesmerizing mansion is 360 degrees view over the city from the rooftop terrace.

Several currencies will be accepted, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Riple. In order to take part in the auction you need to register on the official website of the auction and deposit funds of $100,000 or cryptocurrency equivalent into an escrow account.
