What Megan said. It seems like you have to have social media today or you’re not relevant. It’s interesting to see that there are so many social media monitoring tools that do similar things. That would make it difficult for a business to choose the one that best fits their needs. Since they are just slightly different, it would probably take quite a bit of research to find the best one for the best price. But these tools are really great and they go way more in depth than the built in analytics from Facebook or Twitter.
