I find myself agreeing with your thoughts on ‘tweeting to a dark vortex’. I’ve been using Twitter for eight years and for most of the time I feel like I’m tweeting to a void — to myself — which doesn’t leave me feeling very positive. If you‘re a twitter celebrity then it must be a great platform. If you’re not — it defies the very thing which it is supposed to be — social. And I wonder whether frustrated people trying to find a voice actually aggravates the abuse — as it may very possibly be the only way for some people to move out of complete obscurity.
