I have trouble falling asleep almost every single night mainly due to the brain staying active. I’ve tried a lot of methods such as drinking milk at night and meditating but none of them worked except for exercising, although I don’t always get the chance to exercise.

I’ll try out the apps that block out blue wavelength as suggested in the article and see how it works for me. Thank you for the valuable advice.
