I have an intuition that there is a tie-in somewhere between your anti-goals and Taleb’s notion of anti-fragility. Haven’t found it explicitly yet but will dig deeper…

Additional thought (free association) maybe anti-goals can make us more resilient (less negative energy spent on situations we want to avoid means more energy available when needed to deal with undesirable situations), more tactical (the operational playbook is clearly (anti)oriented), more strategic (the trade-offs are visible and front-of-mind), and even more ethical (anti goals force us to declare and surface our day-to-day values).
