I am sorry. You died last night.
Pamela Day

This story hits me hard as every year around this time I think about an ex girlfriend of mine. We had a brief but powerful relationship around 2000–2001 and I would’ve married her in a heartbeat but she wanted to travel the world and do some living before making any major moves like that. We broke up and drifted apart and a couple years later she moved to Portland. I lost touch with her for a few years and eventually tried to track her down to see how she was doing and found out that just after moving, her and 3 friends were hit by a drunk driver. She was dragged hundreds of feet and 2 of the 3 friends died at the scene. This happened 13 years ago to the day! June 25, 2003. Her birthday was on the Summer Solstice, June 21st and she had just turned 26 days before she died.

So sorry you had to experience witnessing this but I only wish there was someone like you there when Angela and her friends were suffering.

Peace and Love
