Sincerely, how do you use Podio?

Last time I looked at it, they had a crazy level of fragmentation in the “apps” they have for you to chose from… I spent a few days, off and on, trying to pick between the many ‘to do’ lists, and many ‘calendars’ they had… Is there a better way to pick and chose? Or a better set up? Thanks!
