ALTAVA Bi-Weekly Project Update — 20th June
Hi Altava Fam. It’s been awhile since our last bi-weekly update! Time flew by and so many wonderful things happened over at Altava. Allow us to recap:

It’s Staking Time!
Our server and infrastructure team have been hard at work on the NFT Staking features for our Second Skin Community website. This came about as a result of the holder’s voting carried out on June 13th with the reward being the $TAVA tokens.
After carrying out holders voting on June 13th for the staking reward option and results being out on 14th — reward to be given as $TAVA, our server team worked on changes in a short amount of time before the site launch on 15th June 10pm EST.
Currently our community site is only supporting the metamask wallet system at the moment. Team is researching and developing to support cold wallets like ledger, and d’cent.
It is indeed a difficult period for everyone during this bear market, to minimise the cost of our holders, only the holder’s signature will be required for the NFT staking. Also, holders would be able to list their NFT after applying for the NFT Staking but if their NFT is being sold during the staking, the reward would not be given to the holder anymore.
NFT staking will be available to apply until before TAVA Token’s listing. Hence more of the new holders can join for the NFT Staking!
Update on ALTAVA Worlds of You
ALTAVA art team has been working on the next update of ALTAVA Worlds of You on 30th June
- Square
- Social deduction game
- Other mini games
Designing and creating square and landscape surrounding the square with road, park and others.
Animation team has been working on improving the quality of animation actions that would be inserted in the game. Researching and developing on various actions like shining with portable torch light, action hitting with squeaky hammer and others that would be used within the social deduction game! You can look forward to exploring various actions to be used with our ALTAVA avatars!
Other than the launching of the Square within ALTAVA Worlds of You, we have a social deduction game that will be launching at the end of June too! Art and technology team have been working on the game map.
Floor planning, modelling of each small item to big item like car are all done one by one by our art team! Are you excited to explore various rooms within the social deduction game?
With the launch of Square, social deduction game, ALTAVA Worlds of You would be soon launching in Japan, Taiwan and Singapore. The previous app launch in Asia was delayed due to the developing schedule and new features being added into the WoY.
Soon our ALTAVA Community members in Japan, Taiwan and Singapore can enjoy the app and let us know your opinion and remember to share it with your friends!
Community
With the start of the community voting for the staking option, it’s now time to start with Community Engagement Fund plan! It’s been a long time since the 0xHug team and I prepared for this community engagement fund and various hairstyle roles for our community to have more activities!
