This is going to be our biggest update yet on the BAGC. Hold on to your seat!

The biggest question from the community regarding BAGC is the minting date. We will address that question and more.

First, we will give you a quick summary of what we have accomplished so far with BAGC as it has a direct relation to the aforementioned question.

BAGC Whitelist, Discount, and Allocation

IP Ownership, Monetization, and License Management

  • We believe that this is arguably the most important utility that comes with the ALTAVA BAGC NFT collection that it deserves its own space to elaborate on.
  • While there are very select NFTs today that come with limited IP ownership; CryptoPunk, Doodles, and BAYC come to mind, there are fewer that come with a License Management option
  • What’s License Management?
    - Simply put, all great IPs out there (think KAW, DemonSlayer, Dragon Ball, Hello Kitty, and Ghibli Studio) have a team that actively licenses their IP to licensees.
    - These licensees can be anyone from Uniqlo to Castify to Loewe. With Uniqlo, you see their series of Uniqlo Tee sporting some of the IP we mentioned earlier). You also see accessory makers such as Castify doing the same thing. Even high fashion brands like Loewe are in this licensing game with their recent Ghibli Studio collab.
    - ALTAVA is putting together a team to handle License Management on behalf of BAGC holders. We are currently working with various partners to create and produce quality consumer merchandising goods to be sold at retail stores under the BAGC brand name. At the same time, we are discussing opportunities with global brands to license the BAGC IP. We will also launch closed e-commerce for special exclusive drops for holders only.
    - All revenue generated from sales of merchandise using BAGC IP will be distributed to all BAGC holders on a regular basis.

UPCOMING MILESTONES

Our leadership team has been analyzing and looking at different ways to make sure that the BAGC collection will be successful once it goes to mint. We do understand that the current environment makes it more challenging than ever before. Having said that, we believe that achieving all the upcoming milestones (along with the previous milestones achieved) will put BAGC in the best position. Here are the upcoming milestones we are working on.

  • ALTAVA BAGC Land x The Sandbox Season 4.
  • Next BAGC Pop-up
  • Co-Marketing with The Sandbox and Animoca Brands

POP-UP

  • Pop-up store starting from the iconic place of Seoul since ‘23
  • You can see BAGC Merch. collaborated with multiple lit brands.
  • We are working on trying to put on a show with our BAGC with globally recognized department stores.
  • We are also in discussions with The Sandbox about the feasibility of a possible pop-up in a country like France

ApeCoin DAO

  • We are studying and preparing our proposal to be submitted to ApeCoin DAO
  • At the same time, we will continue our discussion with FORJ, Animoca Brands, and Elite Apes for their advice on the process.
  • Since FORJ, Animoca Brands, and Elite Apes are the known members of the BAYC community, their help will greatly give us more legitimacy and credibility within the BAYC community.

THE SANDBOX INTEGRATION (ALTAVA LAND ON THE SANDBOX) — JACKPOT REWARD

  • BAGC Special Edition class will have The Sandbox ape voxel twins as one of its utilities
  • We will build ALTAVA Club House on our land on the The Sandbox where it’ll also contain playable miniature golf games
  • There will be a miniature golf game tournament with prizes on a regular basis

KOL/INFLUENCERS BAGC HOLDERS

  • All good projects will have nationally or globally recognized names as their holders
  • We believe that our starting roster of BAGC Holders and Influencers are some of the most globally recognized names in Web3, Metaverse, NFT, and the Fashion space.
  • We are beyond excited to share that these are some of our Green Jacket holders; Sebastien Borget (The Sandbox), Benoit Pagotto (RTFKT), Yat Siu (Animoca Brands), Natalia Vodianova, and important Korean business leaders.
  • Besides personally being holders of BAGC, these influencers’ companies will also partner with ALTAVA BAGC as seen with The Sandbox for instance.
  • These are just some influencers who are our current holders. There are more to come. Moreover, we will highlight each holder and their BAGC stories in the coming weeks. Watch this space!
  • Meanwhile, these are some of the BAGC NFT that our influencers will be rocking!

On a weekly basis, when possible, we hope to be able to give some quick updates on the progress of the milestones we are working hard on.

SUMMARY

We strongly believe that Web3, NFT and Metaverse can change our life for the better. BAGC is the manifestation of this belief. We are committed to achieving the followings:

  • Define the right collaboration model with all of our current and future partners. We are not here to compete. Rather, our goal is to create a win/win framework.
  • Invent a new business model. BAGC NFT will empower us to create a new business model for our holders, partners, and stakeholders. A good example of this is the aforementioned License Management model which it aligns and maximizes the interest for all the stakeholders.
  • Reestablish the relationship between all parties. Our community will have important roles in how we interact with our partners and what gets produced — from design to distribution.
  • Create a strong IRL project. BAGC is the first of its kind where Altava is taking Web3 properties and partnerships into Web2 and IRL. We will be the world’s leader and a benchmark for everyone to follow
