Thanks, Jason Stelzner. It’s funny you mention retreat. We’ve been here almost three weeks now, and honestly, the difference in my overall affect, frame of mind, even sleep patterns is noticeable. I didn’t realize how much the pace of the city played a part in those things.My level of stress is still more or less the same, but the environmental changes makes a huge difference.
